About
The Industrial Park Sanitation District was organized as a quasi-governmental entity under the laws of the state of Colorado on August 8, 1969. The district was created to provide for the effective distribution and collection of water and sewage within the boundaries of the district. It is a member of the Colorado Special Districts Association. The district encompasses approximately 77 acres of industrial properties, which are located in Commerce City in Adams County, Colorado.

It is the mission of Industrial Park Sanitation District to protect the public health and environment by providing reliable, efficient, and cost-effective wastewater collection service
