Why do I get an invoice from both the Industrial Park Sanitation District AND the South Adams County Water & Sanitation District?

When this area was developed, South Adams County Water and Sanitation District agreed to provide water to the area but not sewer. Industrial Park Sanitation District was formed on August 8, 1969 to provide sewer to the properties located within its boundaries.

What am I being invoiced for?

​ Industrial Park Sanitation District bills quarterly:

• On 4/01 for the months of January, February, and March
• On 7/01 for the months of April, May, and June
• On 10/01 for the months of July, August, and September
• On 12/31 for the months of October, November, and December

These are charges separate from any charges you receive from South Adams County Water and Sanitation District. Their charges are strictly for the water usage for your property and our charges are for the sewer, (which are based on your water usage) for the property.
